Upon sign-up, every new member receives a complimentary skin analysis with one of our physicians, as well as a welcome package filled with deluxe skincare samples — so your journey starts beautifully from day one.
ZEN Aesthetics memberships require a 12-month commitment and include one treatment per month. A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times. Members are responsible for booking their own appointments, and treatments must be used within the same calendar month — they do not roll over. Missed or unused treatments will be forfeited, except in cases of personal emergencies at the discretion of ZEN Aesthetics. Memberships are non-transferable. One (1) month written notice is required for early cancellation.
